Renderings, masterplan drawings, phasing diagrams, landscape imagery and interior visuals are artistic impressions prepared for illustration. Layouts, finishes, plot dimensions, amenity provision and delivery dates may change as design development, statutory approval and construction progress.
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, a contract, or a guarantee of any specific plot, unit, price or completion date.
Serviced plot availability, pricing and payment plans quoted online are indicative and subject to written confirmation. A reservation is only effective once a signed reservation form and the applicable deposit are received and acknowledged in writing by 1x1 Ventures Limited.
All land transactions are completed through executed sale documentation and registration with the relevant Ghanaian land authorities.
Any yield, appreciation or return figures shown are projections based on current assumptions. They are not forecasts, advice or guarantees. Property values can fall as well as rise. Take independent legal, tax and financial advice before committing funds.
Portal accounts are personal to the registered owner or authorised representative. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend access where misuse, non-payment or a security concern is identified.
Portal data — including Smart Plot Passport records, service charge schedules and document vaults — is provided for information. Executed legal documents prevail in the event of any discrepancy.
The CITYSCAPE and 1x1 Ventures names, marks, masterplan drawings, photography, copy and site design are owned by or licensed to 1x1 Ventures Limited. You may not reproduce, republish or use them commercially without written permission.
The site may link to third-party services such as mapping, payments or diaspora partners. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
