How we collect, use and safeguard your information across the CITYSCAPE website, enquiry channels and resident portal.

This policy applies to cityscapesomanya.com, the resident portal and all enquiry channels operated by 1x1 Ventures Limited.
CITYSCAPE Somanya is developed and operated by 1x1 Ventures Limited, with its development office in Somanya, Eastern Region, Ghana. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to 1x1 Ventures Limited as the data controller for information collected through this website and the resident portal.
Enquiry data: your name, email address, telephone number, country of residence and the details you include when registering interest in serviced plots, residences or investment pathways.
Portal data: account identifiers, plot or unit references, payment milestones, documents you upload and service requests you raise.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages and interaction analytics collected to keep the site secure and performant.
To respond to enquiries, prepare reservation and allocation documentation, and administer plot or unit ownership records.
To operate the resident portal, including the Smart Plot Passport, payment schedules and estate service requests.
To send development progress updates and release announcements where you have asked to receive them. You may withdraw consent at any time.
To meet legal, regulatory, anti-money-laundering and land-titling obligations in Ghana.
We process personal data under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating the development, and compliance with legal obligations.
We share data only with parties who help deliver the development: professional advisers, licensed surveyors and title registries, payment processors, estate management contractors and technology providers hosting the portal. We do not sell personal data.
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from last contact. Ownership, title and financial records are retained for the period required by Ghanaian law and for the life of the interest in the land.
Access to portal records is restricted, encrypted in transit and reviewed regularly. Where blockchain-anchored title assurance is used, only cryptographic references — never personal identity documents — are written to the ledger.
We use strictly necessary cookies for session handling and optional analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser; strictly necessary cookies are required for the portal to function.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to direct marketing, or request that we restrict processing. Write to hello@cityscapesomanya.com and we will respond within 30 days.
